This is part of a little series to keep some creativity going. I’ve called it a limerick a day… but never said how long it would go. I think I’ll stop if people actually Digg this. Hope you enjoy this blogger’s limerick and my ode to Digg.

What does it take to get Dugg?
Should I make a new pessimist mug?
Write about Tux
and prodigal ducks
Or photo a beautiful slug?

Choices abound beyond Digg
But none are as cool or as big
Reddit is one
That I’ve stumbled upon
But Slashdot just isn’t my gig.

Now Netscape seems better for boomers
But Gawker brings hacks and consumers
Hey Technorati
Can you crash goDaddy?
Cause anything’s better than Truemors

Does the Interweb know what it owes
To the pownce-able man–Kevin Rose?
If you give a care
Just tap that gold square
And I will return to my prose

Nevermind. I’m just trying to give myself a regular creative outlet. Nothing crazy going on. However, I’m going to predict that tomorrow’s limerick will earn my site a little more traffic than normal. Okay, probably a lot. Check back and see if I’m right!
